A lovely Mayfair restaurant with an atmosphere balanced between elegance and a traditional Italian vibe. Food was absolutely divine. The freshness of the ingredients and the richness of the herbs, spices and sauces used made the dishes outstanding. I opted for a caesar salad with calamari which I can firmly say was the best I ever had. I can also say the same with the cocktail I had. Staff were so warm and welcoming, and I look forward to revisiting!
Popped by for a late night snack and drink at 10.30pm. The staff were able to make us a garlic pizza despite exceeding the kitchen hours, which so kind of them. Delicious garlic pizza and the rest of the food around us smelled and looked great. The interiors were beautiful and the outside seating looked so cosy. Would definitely visit again for a proper meal.
On our last day in London, we asked the concierge of our hotel (Marble Arch Thistle) for a nice Italian. He said Isola. So we went. And by God he was right. Isola is a most charming place to dine. The food was terrific, but what made our visit truly memorable was the attentive and thoughtful service by Giovanni, who was butler, server, sommelier, and guide in one. He did everything right and my wife and I would always remember that we had a lovely time at Isola made unforgettable by that great waiter, Giovanni.
First time here and definitely will come back!!! We came here to celebrate my partner's BDAY today for lunch. The food was amazing and cooked at the right spot, my congratulations to the chefs!!! The waiters were very polite and friendly. Nice and lovely atmosphere. I definitely recommend coming here!!
A really posh and wonderful Italian restaurant, nestled in the heart of central London. A stones throw away from selfridges! You can experience Italian gourmet for lunch both inside and outside! Seating is a bit cramped but overall, nothing to fault this place of! Food, service and ambience are all perfect for what this place offers!
We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the food was absolutely delicious, and every dish was beautifully presented. Giovanni took care of us throughout the evening, and his service was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and genuinely thoughtful. He made great recommendations and made us feel right at home. Highly recommended—we’ll definitely be coming back!
We had a lovely meal after some of our party ran the London marathon. We practiced our Italian with Giovanni and had excellent service. Garlic pizza was amazing and our meals were full of flavour. Thank you for your kind and accommodating hospitality.
This was an absolute treasure to happen to book as a last minute meal in London. Set in a lovely area of Marylebone, the food was absolutely delicious. We opted for a beetroot and ricotta dip with rosemary bread to share, followed by a pizza and pasta. Dessert was a hand painted sharing egg with a lovely Birthday surprise provided. There was no real wait for food and all staff were pleasant. Our main server, Sujoy was charismatic and provided such a lovely service in our time here. Would recommend to anyone in the area and will be back!
